MTDC-64 is a 64-channel, 100 ps time-stamping TDC with PCI-Express interface. Compact and portable lab setups may be built with this device.
Time-Of-Flight spectroscopy in nuclear physics is available with MTDC-64 device. It is designed for production testing of particle detectors: straw tubes, gas-filled drift chambers, scintillator counters, neutron counters. Tasks which involve medium channel count in compact size no more needs huge racks at high cost. Front-end electronics, data readout and storage are accomplished inside one PC now.
