HRB6ASD is a custom board for Test-MPD readout system.

Features

• 96 input channels (6 ASD8 boards), differential 120Ω input
• Provides power for 6 connected ASD8 boards

• Used with TTB9V trigger controller in multiboard system

Interface

• Ethernet 1000Base-T with PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at). Main inteface for data transfer
• 4-pair universal LVDS link (RJ45) for clock, trigger, spill and busy
• 2 TTL 50Ω LEMO-00 connectors, hardware configurable (input or output)
• White Rabbit SFP port (optional)

Data Readout

• 35 kHz maximum trigger rate
• raw readout of hits within window
• window programmed 24 ns .. 640 ns in 8 ns steps

Electrical Specifications

• Input differential range: ± 3V, hysteresis 100 mV
• Input common mode range: ±4 V rel. to ground
• Minimum pulse width: programmed 2..30 ns in 2 ns steps
• Power consumption: PoE+ specification or ±3.3V 7.5A through power terminal
