FVME is the interface module bridging VME bus and PCI. It is a component of [[VMEDAQ]] system.

  * 1.0 Gbps [[M-Link]] fiber-optical interface with TLK1501 serdes chip (upgradeable to 2.5 Gbps with TLK2501)

== FVME64x firmware ==
Custom designed firmware for automatic data acquisition within VMEDAQ system.

  * Autodetect modules with CR/CSR access
  * Programmed I/O: 32-bit register access
  * Automatic Readout with CBLT (32-bit, 64-bit, 64-bit two edge)
  * 50 MB/s sustained data transfer rate with VMEDAQ system (64-bit two edge)
